How do you seal a throttle body?
The solution is to get a 3M sanding block, some 80 grit sandpaper, and block sand the intake manifold surface and both throttle body surfaces. As you sand, the high and low spots will be readily apparent, and once you get the surfaces level, they’ll seal fine. This will only take about 15 minutes to do.
